3.C級單位-巷弄長照站，位於烏來為預防延緩失能、提供共餐、臨托服務之服務單位。
4.失智據點，位於烏來，提供患有失智症長輩之延緩失智相關課程活動。
除於都會區提供長照服務之外，更致力發展推動偏鄉烏來區長照整合計畫，期有長照需求之失能者都能在地老化、在地安養。
