Likewise, if we come to the definition of "being a science" it is to publish in peer-reviewed journals, participate in the corresponding officially recognized scientific conferences / seminars, exchange experiences, receive grants / awards for discoveries, etc. In this sense, astrology is also not a science.
If we approach the definition of "being a science" purely linguistically, then "science" is something that "can be taught." But from this position, a lot of things fit this definition.
