Now, when it's time to summarize the results of the year, why not talk how we International Center for Psychosocial Solution - ICPS has implemented a ACTED company partnership project ?
AND WE REPORT - VERY IMPRESSIVE CONSEQUENCES !!!✌️
Project Leading Trainers Nataliya Dotsenko, Tatiana Golub and Oksana Bolotova have been conducting "Psychological First Aid" educational trainings from March to August 2024 :
-2 trainings for the community of Chernihiv region (39 trainers);
-2 trainings for the Vinnytsia region community (40 trainers);
- 1 training for the Mykolayiv region community (18 trainers);
- 4 trainings – for the community of Odesa region (78 trainers).
✌️In other words, a total of 175 trainers of the "Psychological First Aid" training were educated.
✌️In other words, each trainer of the project trained at least 58 trainers.
✌️ Trained trainers conducted their personal training sessions:
Vinnytsia-24 trainings (518 people);
Chernihiv-50 trainings (837 people);
Odesa - 32 trainings (341 people);
Mykolaiv - 9 trainings (193 people).
In other words, 1,889 community members were trained by trained project trainers.
✌️That is, each trained trainer of the project has already trained at least 11 community members and continues his personal trainings.
✌️ So We can say that each Lead Trainer of the project demonstrated positive experience of increasing stress resistance and resilience (himself or through trained trainers) to 688 members of the affected communities.
