For two kilograms of crayfish you will need:
• 6 liters of water;
• 4 tablespoons sour cream;
• 6 tablespoons of coarse salt;
• 2 tablespoons of ready - made adjika or hot sauce;
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• garlic head
• 1 carrot • a bunch of fresh herbs (dill is mandatory, parsley and cilantro optional). 👨🏻🍳Cooking method:
1. After you have brought the crayfish, fill it with cold water and leave it for 1-2 hours. And even better, if you soak the crayfish in milk, the meat will turn out more tender after boiling.
2. For a fragrant broth, use shallots, carrots and garlic. Boil water in a saucepan, add vegetables and dry dill. Then add salt and sugar, pour vegetable oil.
3. Prepare sour cream and adjika. These two components will give boiled crayfish a new taste for many. Pour the adjiki or tomato sauce into a saucepan.
4. Put all the crayfish into the boiling marinade and cover with a lid.
5. Boil the crayfish for 10 minutes, then pour in the sour cream.
6. Mix the crayfish thoroughly and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover the crustacean with a lid. Crayfish must be infused in the resulting marinade so that they become juicy and tasty.
7. Serve boiled crayfish on a large platter with cold beer or dry wine.
