‎WHAT IS MALE INFERTILITY?
‎Male infertility is when a man has a poor chance of making his female partner pregnant. It usually depends on the quality of his s***m cells.
‎Sometimes infertility is linked to s*xual function and other times, it could be linked to semen quality. Here are some examples of each:
‎1.Libido.Otherwise known as s*x drive, libido describes a person's desire to have s*x.Foods or supplements that claim to increase libido are called aphrodisiacs.
‎2. Erectile dysfunction. Also known as impotence, erectile dysfunction is when a man is unable to develop or maintain an er****on.
‎3.S***m count. An important aspect of semen quality is the number or concentration of s***m cells in a given amount of semen.
‎4.S***m motility. An essential function of healthy s***m cells is their ability to swim.S***m motility is measured as the percentage of moving s***m cells in a semen sample.
‎5.Testosterone levels. Low levels of testosterone, the male s*x hormone, may be responsible for infertility in some men.

‎Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) is an infection of the female reproductive organs, including the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. It typically occurs when s*xually transmitted bacteria, such as Chlamydia trachomatis or Neisseria gonorrhoeae, spread from the va**na to these organs. However, non-s*xually transmitted bacteria can also cause PID.
‎𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦

‎𝗖.Painful urination
‎𝗗.Irregular menstrual bleeding
‎𝗘.Pain during in*******se
‎𝗙.Fever and chills
‎𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
‎If untreated or not treated promptly, PID can lead to severe complications, such as:
‎✅Infertility: Due to damage to the fallopian tubes.
‎✅Chronic pelvic pain: Resulting from scarring of the pelvic organs.
‎✅Ectopic pregnancy: Where a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, often in a damaged fallopian tube, which can be life-threatening.

NFERTILITY IN MEN
Nearly 1 in 7 couples is infertile, which means they haven't been able to conceive a child even though they've had frequent, unprotected s*xual in*******se for a year or longer. In up to half of these couples, male infertility plays at least a partial role.
Male infertility can be caused by low s***m production, abnormal s***m function or blockages that prevent the delivery of s***m. Illnesses, injuries, chronic health problems, lifestyle choices and other factors may contribute to male infertility.
Symptoms
The main sign of male infertility is the inability to conceive a child. There may be no other obvious signs or symptoms.
In some cases, however, an underlying problem such as an inherited disorder, hormonal imbalance, dilated veins around the testicle or a condition that blocks the passage of s***m causes signs and symptoms. Signs and symptoms you may notice include:
Problems with s*xual function — for example, difficulty with ej*******on or small volumes of fluid ej******ed, reduced s*xual desire, or difficulty maintaining an er****on (erectile dysfunction)
Pain, swelling or a lump in the testicle area
Recurrent respiratory infections
Inability to smell
Abnormal breast growth (gynecomastia)
Decreased facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosomal or hormonal abnormality
A lower than normal s***m count (fewer than 15 million s***m per milliliter of semen or a total s***m count of less than 39 million per ej*****te)
When to see a doctor
See a doctor if you have been unable to conceive a child after a year of regular, unprotected in*******se or sooner if you have any of the following:
Er****on or ej*******on problems, low s*x drive, or other problems with s*xual function
Pain, discomfort, a lump or swelling in the testicle area
A history of testicle, prostate or s*xual problems
A groin, testicle, p***s or sc***um surgery
A partner over age 35

BLOCKED TUBES AND INFERTILITY
Fallopian tubes are female reproductive organs that connect the ovaries and the uterus. Every month during ovulation, which occurs roughly in the middle of a menstrual cycle, the fallopian tubes carry an egg from an o***y to the uterus.
Conception also happens in the fallopian tube. If an egg is fertilized by s***m, it moves through the tube to the uterus for implantation.
If a fallopian tube is blocked, the passage for s***m to get to the eggs, as well as the path back to the uterus for the fertilized egg, is blocked. Common reasons for blocked fallopian tubes include scar tissue, infection, and pelvic adhesions.
Symptoms of blocked fallopian tubes
Blocked fallopian tubes don’t often cause symptoms. Many women don’t know they have blocked tubes until they try to get pregnant and have trouble.
In some cases, blocked fallopian tubes can lead to mild, regular pain on one side of the abdomen. This usually happens in a type of blockage called a hydrosalpinx. This is when fluid fills and enlarges a blocked fallopian tube.
Conditions that can lead to a blocked fallopian tube can cause their own symptoms. For example, endometriosis often causes very painful and heavy periods and pelvic pain. It can increase your risk for blocked fallopian tubes.
Effect on fertility
Blocked fallopian tubes are a common cause of infertility. S***m and an egg meet in the fallopian tube for fertilization. A blocked tube can prevent them from joining.
If both tubes are fully blocked, pregnancy without treatment will be impossible. If the fallopian tubes are partially blocked, you can potentially get pregnant. However, the risk of an ectopic pregnancy increases.

‎✅TREATMENT FOR DELAYED CONCEIVING
‎✅The ovaries are small, oval-shaped glands located on either side of your uterus. They produce and store your eggs (also called o**m) and make hormones that control your menstrual cycle and pregnancy.
‎✅The ovaries are two small organs, about the size of your thumb, that are located in the female pelvis. They are attached to the uterus, one on each side, near the opening of the fallopian tube.
‎✅When egg is released, travels down the fallopian tube into the uterus.
‎✅Fertilization usually takes place in a fallopian tube that links an o***y to the uterus. If the fertilized egg successfully travels down the fallopian tube and implants in the uterus, an embryo starts growing.
‎✅Some of the conditions that may be causing you not to conceive include:
‎✍️Blocked Fallopian tubes
‎✍️Hormonal imbances
‎✍️Painful periods
‎✍️Irregular periods
‎✍️Polycystic O***y Syndrome PCOS
‎✍️Adenomyosis
‎✍️Pelvic Inflammatory Disease PID
‎✍️Age if you are between 40 to 45 years
‎✍️Previous surgeries
‎✍️Miscarriages
‎✍️Abortion
‎✍️Ovarian torsion or adnexal torsion is an abnormal condition where an o***y twists on its attachment to other structures, such that blood flow is decreased.
‎✍️Use of family planning e.g DEPO etc
‎✍️Male related conditions
