Sometimes you just have to shut the world off and retreat to self heal!

Value every individual you meet, no matter their station in life.

THe worst thing about being strong is that everone thinks you are okay, Just because they never see your tears!

Until your burdens break your back!

Reach out to a strong person you know, ask only questions you are willing to follow through no matter the answer. If not at least help them to know they can lean on you too.

Facebook says what's on my mind today.........
Nigerian women
- Artificial bodies
- Artificial Hair
- Artificial Eyelashes
- Artificial Nails
- Artificial Skin color
- Artificial accents
One has to wonder, is it that Nigerian men have unreasonable desires or is it that the Nigerian women are that insecure with their Natural looks?

Agree to disagree, not every argument you have is about winning. Sometimes just stepping away from the situation might give you a fresh perspective on the situation.

07/04/2023

Think of the last time you engage in a heated argument.

1. What did it solve?
2. What did you gain?
3. Did you feel better after that?
4. Will that person never do it again?

Now think again WAS IT WORTH IT?

Most, arguments, quarrelling, fights and heated debates never solve our resolve anything. So sometimes, it's best for you to TURN and WALK AWAY, when you turn back 4 hours later, you'll be calmer and level headed to discuss the issue rationally and find an amicable, realistic and doable solution.

6. If you can afford to drive to town in traffic jam daily, then you certainly can afford a good boarding school for your kids. At least there they will have the full hours of sleep and have less risks of developing anxiety related malaise.

Whatever the case is, in Uganda traffic today having a car is no longer, convenient, luxurious nor prestigious. Learn the Art of Traffic war- maximise Public transport or forget about sleep until Saturday.

Before you speak or act ask yourself "Am I ready for the outcome?" If you don't have an immediate and resounding YES!

RUN

14/02/2023

Create your own sanity! Avoid getting involved in issues if you can't do anything to change them.

08/02/2023

Life never seems to be the way we want it, because much of what is around us is beyond our control and much of what we can control we barely take note of.

Time to change that! Live life the best way you can smile through the storms and hang onto the positive things no matter how tiny they are.

The negative or tough times will always be there, but spending countless sleeples nights and stressful days will not change your circumstance. Only doing what you can with whatever God gifted you is how you can make small but effective steps.

There is no perfect life, but we can fill it with perfect Moments.....
