problems. We have been established
for over 50 year in the US and have
been working in Uganda for the past 10
years. Whether you are a
concerned spouse, parent, pastor or are
struggling yourself, we can help.

A change of plans, but not the end of the conversation.
Today's Online Caregiver Talk 2 has unfortunately been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

We sincerely apologise to everyone who had registered, been invited, or was preparing to join us today. We know some of you had made time to be part of the conversation, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

While today's conversation won't go ahead as planned, the conversations we've started continue.

Our previous online talks are now available on our YouTube channel; revisit them, share them, and keep the conversation going.

And now, we're moving into the next part of the journey.

From awareness to practice.
In October, we'll be taking the conversation further through our Trauma-Led Leadership Workshops in Kampala and Gulu.

The conversation continues. And we're taking it deeper.

You can be the person everyone depends on and still need someone to pour into you.
Caring for others is meaningful. But it can also be costly sometimes in ways we don't recognise until we're already running low.

Compassion fatigue. Burnout. Secondary trauma. Hidden trauma.

What happens to the caregiver behind the care?

That's the conversation we're opening up in The Hidden Cost of Caring: Why Trauma Changes Everything.

If you're a pastor, parent, counsellor, educator, NGO worker or anyone who spends their days pouring into others, this conversation is for you.

We started the conversation. 💬

Last week, we talked about something that affects all of us but isn’t always easy to talk about... mental health.

From understanding what’s happening in our minds and emotions, to recognising the thoughts and experiences that can affect how we live, our guests opened up an important conversation about teen mental and emotional wellbeing.

Here’s a little of what we heard.

And this was only the beginning…

TOMORROW, WE KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING.

💬 TEEN TALK 2: Friends, Pressure & Finding Your Voice

Because friendships can influence us.
Pressure can be subtle.
And finding your own voice isn't always easy.

How do you belong without losing yourself?
Join us tomorrow and be part of the conversation.

📅 Saturday, 5th Sept 2026 | ⏰ 3:00pm - 4:30pm | 💻 LIVE ON ZOOM | FREE
