Episode 21: You Control the Phone
You can mute a group. Delay a response. Put the phone down. Even choose not to send that angry paragraph.
But don't use your phone to punish your spouse.
Take a pause when necessary, but keep the communication lines open.
Even in disagreement, let your spouse know: “You can still reach me.”

When something painful happens, you don't have to figure out your entire future immediately.
Don't let panic make your decisions.
