On Uganda’s 64th Independence Day, our Chairperson, Mr. Bhasker Kotecha, was conferred with the Distinguished Order of the Crested Crane, Class II (Grand Officer)—one of the nation’s highest civilian honors—presented by His Excellency the President of Uganda.

From our roots in India to Tanzania and Uganda, our mission has always been clear: to bring quality, compassionate healthcare closer to the communities we serve. To be recognized for this dedication at the national level is a historic milestone we will always treasure.

2️⃣ Finish the loops: Write down unfinished tasks and their next steps so your brain can finally let go (the Zeigarnik effect!).
3️⃣ Protect your first 20 minutes: Avoid checking your phone right after waking up—don't start your day reacting to external noise.
