Preparing Together for a Healthier Community

On Saturday, 11th July 2026, FairBanks Medical Centre hosted a successful stakeholder engagement meeting with Village Health Teams (VHTs), Local Council Leaders and Boda Boda Chairpersons from Kyebando and neighbouring communities.

The meeting marked an important milestone in preparations for our FREE Community Heart Screening Camp, scheduled for 17th–19th July 2026.

The engagement focused on:
✔️ Community mobilisation
✔️ Heart disease awareness
✔️ Early detection of hypertension and diabetes
✔️ Strengthening partnerships between healthcare providers and community leaders

We sincerely thank all the stakeholders who attended and pledged their support. Your leadership and commitment will help ensure that more people access preventive healthcare services and receive timely screening.
