There are many patriotic holidays in addition to Independence Day, Flag Day and Veterans Day.

If you celebrate any of these lesser-known patriotic days at your Auxiliary and/or with your Post, let us know! We would love to share your stories and pictures on our social media and in our E-Newsletter. Email them to us at [email protected] with Auxiliaries in Action and/or the name of the holiday in the subject line.

Find this graphic and a similar one with a list of patriotic birthdays, including those of each military branch, in MALTA under Member Resources: Americanism.

Please keep in mind that we could not include every patriotic day on these two lists as we want each to fit on only one page (for easy sharing online and/or printing and posting), but if you think there is one we should consider adding for the 2026-2027 Program Year, let us know in the comments and we will do our best to include it when we update.
