A heartfelt thank you to the Aberdeen School District, the Special Education Department, and Dr. Jones-Taylor for the opportunity to provide professional development to their staff centered around the topic, “Mental Health Matters: Regulated Adults Help Regulate Students.”
It was a pleasure to share strategies and insights that support the mental and emotional well-being of educators and students alike. When adults learn to regulate themselves, they are better equipped to help students navigate big emotions, manage stress, and develop healthy regulation skills.
