When someone you care about is struggling, it can be hard to know what to say or how to help, but this program offers practical tools, resources, and encouragement to guide you while also caring for your own well-being.

We are offering two opportunities to attend on May 13 at 12:00 PM and May 28 at 6:30 PM via Zoom. This program is open to adults 18 and older who want to better support a family member, friend, or loved one. Join us using the links below.

Join us for Finding Hope, a free, educational program designed to equip participants with practical tools, resources, and encouragement to support someone experiencing suicidal thoughts or who has made an attempt. When someone you care about is struggling, it can be difficult to know what to say or how to best support them. This program also emphasizes self-care strategies to help you maintain your own well-being while supporting others.

This program is intended for family members, friends, and anyone supporting someone with lived experience. Please note that Finding Hope is not a support group, therapy, or clinical service. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
