Life transitions such as illness, living with chronic pain, loss, divorce, retirement, or trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating. I work with adults navigating major life changes such as divorce and breakups, empty nest, chronic or life-altering medical conditions, depression, anxiety, and grief. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, former nurse, and cancer survivor, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to therapy. My approach is supportive and collaborative, helping clients build resilience, insight, and a renewed sense of purpose.
As a cancer survivor, I bring personal insight and professional commitment to working with individuals and families impacted by life-altering medical conditions, chronic pain, infertility, depression, and anxiety. I also work with clients addressing addiction and codependency concerns, supporting healthier coping and relationships.
Major life changes, illness, or loss can feel overwhelming and isolating. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can process emotions, regain balance, and build resilience. Together, weβll work at your pace to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
