We had a wonderful trip, and I’m so thankful everything turned out well after my recent hospital stay. I’m feeling great, though, and getting back to taking care of my patients makes me so happy. 💗

Today I’m headed back to the Plano area for appointments with my cardiology and neurology teams at Baylor Scott & White.

If you don’t mind, I’d truly appreciate your prayers for wisdom, answers, and guidance as we continue evaluating my small aneurysm and carotid blockage.

This has been a good reminder that family history matters. Even if you take care of yourself and do everything “right,” staying up to date on your screenings is so important.

Next week I’ll be moving both of my twins off to college (how did that happen so fast?!), and after that I can’t wait to be fully back doing what I love and serving this amazing community.

Thank you all for your prayers, patience, and support. It truly means more than you know. 💗
