From our Family Health Center to Home Care, we support independence and dignity for all. Founded in 1919, VNA-Community Services, Inc. (VNA) is a non-profit agency with a focused mission of providing community-based programs that address family health and social service needs and that support individual and family capacity as well as self-sufficiency goals. Through its offices in Abington and Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and with worksites in Colmar and Pottstown the VNA works to bring lasting and meaningful changes to peoples' lives.
