🏌️ Life Care Center of Acton representatives had the pleasure of volunteering at the UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital 35th Annual Golf Classic!

🩺 This wonderful annual event brings the community together in support of local healthcare. Through the generosity of sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and community partners, the tournament raises funds that directly benefit patients and strengthen healthcare services throughout the region. We are grateful to be part of such a meaningful event and to support an organization that makes a lasting impact on the health and well-being of our community. 🤝

Life Care Center of Acton residents enjoyed a wonderful day at Kimball Farm in Westford, MA! 🍦 We had some great seafood and topped it off with delicious ice cream. It was a fun day filled with good food and great company! 🤩

🍦 Life Care Center of Acton and Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley were excited to host an Ice Cream Social for the wonderful seniors at the Boxborough Council on Aging. Special thanks to West Side Creamery in Acton for stopping by and serving delicious ice cream. We also had the pleasure of welcoming several Town of Boxborough, MA employees who stopped in for ice cream. It was a great opportunity to thank them for everything they do to support the community each day. We look forward to many more opportunities to connect with our local seniors and community! 🏡

Life Care Center of Acton hosted an ice cream social for the seniors at the Acton Council on Aging/Senior Center! 🍨✨

🍦 Life Care Center of Acton was beyond excited to host an Ice Cream Social for the Concord Council on Aging! 🍦

Despite the rain, more than 70 seniors joined us to enjoy a sweet treat — because who doesn't love ice cream, rain or shine? ☂️ A huge thank you to the amazing team at the Concord Council on Aging for helping coordinate such a wonderful event. We truly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with the community right down the street from us and spend time with so many wonderful seniors. We are grateful for the chance to build new relationships, share some smiles, and create sweet memories together. We can't wait for the next community event! 👍
