PUBLIC STATEMENT

This situation has gotten completely out of hand. The person involved has now started harassing clients and family members. If you have received any messages regarding this situation, please let me know, as there is already a police report.

I simply want to clarify that there were options available to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, those options were not accepted, and I was not going to provide free services or go against my policies. My rules, my policies, my business.

I do recognize that it was my mistake to accept the price I had originally quoted her years ago. Had she received quotes from other cleaning crews for the same type of work, I believe the price would have been around $300–$450. I was trying to honor an old price, and that was my mistake.

At the same time, she wanted a very inexpensive job, knowing how this business works, while also expecting additional things to be done for free.
Lesson learned. Sometimes you have to know when to stick to your current pricing and policies instead of trying to be too nice.

I truly appreciate my current clients and all of my upcoming new clients. ❤️

At the end of the day, my business is not running because of a page. It is running because of the actual work I do. My business has grown through word of mouth and real recommendations.

I clean a mom’s house, and she recommends me to her cousin. I clean homes in neighborhoods where I end up getting referred to more families. That is how my business has grown — through people who have actually experienced my work and recommend me to others.

Luckily, I am at a point where my work speaks for itself.

I also don’t feel the need to continue going back and forth publicly or explain every detail as if this were a circus. There is no reason to keep feeding into it.

I do want to clarify one thing because my friend Jesenia has been brought into this situation. Jesenia is actually someone I worked for when I was first starting out, and she taught me so much. There is absolutely no hate or bad blood between us. The fact that her messages and profile continue to be posted does not change that.

I have received messages from people who have seen what is happening, and I have also been contacted by people who have received messages themselves. Some comments are being deleted, so not everything is being seen publicly.

Again, I am not worried. I have already done my part, and the appropriate authorities will handle the rest.

If you received an unwanted message because of this situation, I sincerely apologize. ❤️

And once again, remember: we all choose how we want our day and our life to go. Choose happiness. Choose peace. Choose to keep moving forward. ❤️

I know exactly who I’ve worked for, who has worked with me, and exactly who I take with me to my jobs.

Again, like I said, I did try to resolve this privately. You say you don’t bash people on Facebook, but clearly you have left a lot of negative reviews in different places. And I’m sorry, but we can’t all please everyone.

I’m sorry that I did not satisfy you. I offered to help resolve the concerns you had, but you no longer wanted the help.

I will not continue with this argument. You received my answers, and I’ve explained my side.

At the end of the day, I can choose whether I make my day a happy day or a sad day, and I choose to be happy. One bad review does not define me or my business. I’m simply too positive to let something like this bring me down. That’s just who I am.

I prayed about this last night and again this morning, and I chose to let today be a different and better day.

I’m moving forward with a positive heart, focusing on my business, my family, and the people who appreciate what I do. ❤️
