Addiction & Behavioral Health Center, Inc. is seeking a male Counselor/Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient treatment team in Ada, Oklahoma.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated professional who holds, or is currently under supervision for, an LPC, LADC, or CADC credential and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services to individuals seeking recovery.
The ideal candidate will provide:
•Individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices
•Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and Medicaid compliant manner
•Collaborate effectively with case management, peer recovery support, and administrative staff
•Support clients in developing coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and long-term recovery goals.

Preferred applicants will have experience working with substance use disorders (SUD), strong documentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting, though training and supervision.
