For the past 19 years I have been more than willing to absorb the CC, debit and HSA fees that are applied when paying at my office. The fees have averaged at $3,500 to 4,000 per year out of my own pocket which was acceptable and tolerable for the past years until it has become unattainable due to the cost of living of which we are all trying to combat. I am so sorry to say that starting January 01, 2027 I will ONLY apply the exact surcharge applied by your cards transaction amount. I want it to be known I will never charge you more than this amount or reap any benefits from this charge unlike many local businesses that take advantage of this situation. Please understand my position in this matter and realize I never wanted to take this stand. It frustrates me that this is the way our system works and I will never take advantage of your money for my own financial gain. I hope all of you wonderful current and future patients appreciate my situation. Thank you!
