Dear Patients,
I have made the difficult decision to leave my practice after 18 wonderful years. This decision has not been easy. Caring for you and your families has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. Over the years, many of you have trusted me through injuries, races, surgeries, life transitions, and everything in between. Those relationships mean more to me than I can adequately express, and I will always be grateful for the confidence you’ve placed in me.
While I am stepping away from practice ownership, I am not stepping away from chiropractic altogether. I will continue my work with Active Release Techniques (ART) one day each week in a contract position and will remain active teaching continuing education courses to healthcare providers around the country. This change will allow me to spend more time with my family while continuing a path forward in a profession I love.
Dr. Logan Sherman, whom I’ve worked closely with as an ART instructor and chiropractor for over a decade, will be taking over my practice. I have tremendous confidence in him, not only in his clinical skills, but also in the integrity, compassion, and dedication he brings to patient care. I know he will continue to provide the high-quality care you deserve, and I am grateful to have someone I trust carrying my practice forward.
My final day seeing patients will be August 18, 2026. After that date, Dr. Sherman and his team at Sherman Sport and Spine will be available to continue your care. Your records will remain available at Dr. Sherman's office and every effort has been made to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. He will begin seeing patients in my office on Beltway in Addison on September 1, 2026, but you are also welcome to see him at his primary location off Walnut Hill/75. I hope this new flexibility will be helpful.
Should you prefer to have your records transferred to an alternative chiropractor, please email me prior to August 10, 2026, for additional instructions.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healthcare journey over the past 18 years. It has truly been an honor to care for you. I will always look back on this chapter of my life with the deepest gratitude and appreciation for the friendships, trust, and memories we’ve shared.
Sincerely,
Lezlie Maloy, DC
