✨ Your Role Will Include:
💙 Creating an exceptional client experience
* Greeting and welcoming clients
* Managing appointments, calls, and messages
* Ensuring our studio provides a premium hospitality experience
💉 Supporting our clinical team
* Assisting our nurses and providers with client flow
* Preparing treatment rooms
* Taking body composition measurements and vital signs (as appropriate)
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment
🌱 Supporting wellness journeys
* Educating clients about Lindora services, memberships, IV therapy, wellness shots, body contouring, and products
* Encouraging client engagement, referrals, and reviews
📋 Helping our studio thrive
* Assisting with daily operations
* Maintaining inventory and supplies
* Supporting events and community outreach
✨ Who We Are Looking For:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ A team player who genuinely cares about people
✔ Experience in a medical office, med spa, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
