🎉 **Celebrating 3 Years with Ms. Lindsay!** 🎉

This month, we are celebrating 3 years of Ms. Lindsay being part of the IBT family! 💙

Lindsay is someone who is always eager to learn, willing to help her teammates, and committed to making therapy sessions fun and meaningful for the kids she works with.

You can find her listening to Disney music with our littles, jamming out to Taylor Swift, and constantly watching for those little cues that tell her what a child needs. 🥰

One of the things we appreciate most about Lindsay is the way she connects with our clients. She takes the time to get to know them—their interests, their personalities, their communication, and the little things that make them *them*. She uses that knowledge to create sessions where our kids feel understood, supported, and excited to learn. 💕

We are so thankful for the energy, creativity, compassion, and teamwork Lindsay brings to IBT every day.

Happy 3 years, Ms. Lindsay! We are so lucky to have you on our team! 🎉💙

🇺🇸 **Happy Labor Day!** 🇺🇸

Innovative Behavioral Therapy will be **closed Monday, September 7th** in observance of Labor Day.

We hope all of our IBT families and staff enjoy a safe, relaxing holiday weekend! ❤️

We will **reopen Tuesday, September 8th** and resume our normal schedule.
