Okay Fire Fam!!!! This is your 2 week notice of hour/staff change because I'm actually taking some time off for myself that's longer than 24hrs! I'm heading to Las Vegas to see Metallica at the Sphere. Janel and I booked this trip back in Feb/March and have been super excited all year for it.

Now, two small favors if a may ask please...

1. Please remember to only place orders with current menu items, as the old recipes are in my phone or I have them memorized and I'd love to do zero work on this trip.

2. Some of you always tip and though it is always appreciated PLEASE know tipping is never expected or required! Your support and business is all I need to keep going! That being said, if you do plan to tip these next two weeks, would you mind tossing cash in my tip jar or venmo (if you can) () so I have some Food and Lyft monies for the trip 😁 as most of you know, I'm still digging out of the hole on the 2nd shop so haven't paid myself in 2 years and could use some fun money for the trip.

Staffing update for the weekend. I'll be working my other job Saturday morning and then heading out of town for a concert and then back home on Sunday. Quick little 24ish hours as usual with work sprinkled in.

New pricing goes into effect tomorrow for TWO PUNCH TUESDAY. With the current inflation rates of 26.7% since I opened in 2021/2022 that adjustment would have me putting "change" on prices and I'm not a fan of that 😂 so we will keep it simple with just a $1 raise at this time.

A Message to My Fired-Up Nutrition Family ❤️

For the past 4.75 years, I've worked extremely hard to keep my prices the same, even as the cost of the premium ingredients has continued to rise. I've absorbed those increases for as long as I possibly could because I know every dollar matters. Unfortunately, I've reached a point where I can no longer do that without compromising the quality you've come to expect—and that's something I'm not willing to do.

It's not just the ingredients that have increased in price. The packaging materials I use to carefully prepare every order—the pouches, labels, seals, cups, straws, and shipping—have all gone up as well. Like many small businesses, I've felt rising costs across every part of the process, and just kind of dealt with it. I refuse to cut corners. I won't swap out ingredients for cheaper alternatives or sacrifice the quality that makes my drinks what they are. You deserve the very best every single time you order.

Beginning October 20th my prices will be increasing. I wanted to give you guys ample notice so you aren't blindsided by the change.

My goal has always been to provide something that's not only delicious, but also offers real value through its size and functional ingredients—not just another sugary drink. But also, not just another big name company who couldn't care less about your support or helping the community.

This is my first price increase since opening my doors almost 5 years ago, and I truly appreciate your understanding. Your support has allowed this small business to grow, and I'm incredibly grateful for every order, every share, every recommendation, and every encouraging word. Thank you for believing in me and for continuing to choose the quality drinks and shakes I love making. I promise to keep delivering the products you know and love with the same sarcastic attitude and weirdness I've had since day one.

Here is your 1 week notice of some hour changes and staffing changes.
Next Thursday I'm here 6a-8a for the morning rush, then im headed out of town for the night. Mom will be in here Friday so make sure you come see her! She misses all of your faces! Saturday I'm in a wedding and Jessica will be at the shop all day. Sunday I will be back for regularly scheduled program & we will launch the October menu on Sunday the 4th!
