RSY offers a serene place where people are welcome to come gather as a community rooted in MOVEMENT, NEW BEGINNINGS, and NEW POSSIBILITIES. RSY has been created out of Colleen’s passion to educate people in the practice of movement and assist them in finding balance on and off the mat. Colleen, a seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist, LMT, has been in practice since 2002. One year ago, Colleen began

and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and is registered as a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. Since then, Colleen has also became certified in Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga.

Hi All😊 I am reaching out to see if anyone from the Greene area is interested in Yoga Classes ... Until October 2023 ,I had been teaching for several years at GCFC and am interested in resuming Wednesday late afternoon or early eves (or even every other Wednesday) there again. 😊 Anybody In? As 2024 approaches, some may be looking to add more movement and mindfulness to their lives. If that is you , I invite you to join me in practicing yoga 😀🧘‍♀️🧘. Classes are being held in Afton on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays and hoping to get back to teaching on Wednesdays in Greene.
