Meet Delaney Schrager, a High School senior softball player at Longmeadow higschool. Shoulder pain was preventing her from being able to play through a full game or even practice. A recipe of rest, progressive rotator cuff strengthening, some minor tweaks in throwing mechanics, and a gradual return back to throwing got Delaney right back where she left off.
The exercises shown are continuing to progress her strength and stability in the ranges needed while throwing. Delaney has also recently announced her commitment to continue playing softball for the University of Rochester next year. Congrats Delaney!
