Throughout National Recovery Month we want to continue to recognize the incredible Aiken Center employees who bring hope, encouragement, and support to those we serve.

Today we celebrate Hunter Deas, Recovery Coach, and his dedication and compassion to ensuring that others don't have to walk their recovery journey alone:

Hunter is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Community Health Worker and Integrated Forensic Peer Recovery Specialist. Hunter has a wealth of recovery knowledge and experience. He is always open to assisting peers navigate through their personal recovery journey. Hunter primarily works with clients involved in Medication Assisted Treatment and Intensive Outpatient Services.

Recovery is possible and no one has to walk the journey alone. This month Aiken Center would like to celebrate those who make recovery possible every day!

Today we celebrate Tina Lewandowski, Recovery Services Manager, and her dedication to creating an environment where individuals feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to pursue recovery:

Tina leads Peer Support services and works to expand access to recovery resources throughout the community. As a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), International Forensic Peer Recovery Specialist (I-FPRS), and Substance Abuse Specialist (SAS), she combines professional expertise with lived experience to help individuals achieve lasting recovery. Tina is passionate about reducing stigma, promoting hope, and building strong community partnerships that support recovery and reentry.
