Anchor is proud to announce Alton Adams CNA for October Employee of the Month. Alton has been with Anchor for over 4 years and during that time he's positioned himself as an integral part of our nursing team. Alton was nominated by residents and peers for his dedication to excellence in resident care. Residents report Alton eases the stress of recovery with his "can do" attitude and positive disposition. Alton goes the extra mile to make our residents feel and look their best whether that be a nice clean shave or a long hot shower. Alton is described by his peers as a true team player, always willing to assist when asked no matter how large or small the task. Alton is a shining example of excellence in care. 🌟Employee of the Month - Heather Hamm🌟

Heather Hamm is one of Anchor’s most dedicated employees, serving this community for the past 17 years. She is best known for her infectious smile, contagious positive attitude, and encouraging words. She comes into work each day with a servant heart, passionate about helping her patients and her team. No task is too big for Heather, always willing to do whatever she can to assist without hesitation, and she has single handedly been responsible for the entire PT caseload for nearly a year without complaint. Heather has a knack for connecting with even the most difficult patients, achieving excellent outcomes and positively impacting quality of life for everyone she works with. She is a role model for her co-workers and a wonderful representative of Anchor!
