What exactly is Ayurveda?
I get this question a lot - simply put...

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest systems of medicine, originating in India over 5,000 years ago. It's built on the understanding that every person has a unique mind-body constitution called a Dosha, and that health is achieved by living in alignment with that constitution and with the rhythms of nature.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Ayurveda looks at the whole person: how you eat, sleep, move, manage stress, and relate to your environment.
Think of it as a deeply personalized operating system for your body.
Most clients come to me with little to no background in Ayurveda and many find that it simply gives language to things they've intuitively sensed about themselves for years.
