Aiken Regional receives more than 42,000 emergency room visits, performs nearly 9,000 surgeries and delivers over 1,100 babies each year. More than 1,200 associates, a medical staff of more than 200 multi-specialty physicians, and a team of 230 volunteers keep the hospital going with their dedication to quality and excellence. Behind many of the stories, celebrations and milestones shared by Aiken Regional is someone working tirelessly to showcase the people, programs and purpose of our organization. She’s usually the one sharing everyone else’s stories. Today, we’re honored to share hers.

Ashlee’s work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is seen across our organization every day. Her nominator shared that no detail is too small, no deadline too tight and no request too much when it comes to Ashlee helping others succeed. Continuing, that she’s “amazed at the smallest detail she catches and the thoroughness of her work,” as well as the countless hours she dedicates to support departments across the organization. “She is a mastermind at creativity, passionate about our image and patients, and we are truly blessed to have her on our team.”
