Apex Anesthesia Services is seeking an energetic, part-time (potentially full-time) Dental Anesthesia Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is interested in traveling throughout the state of Washington and working with the Apex team in order to help provide anesthesia services to a variety of dental offices. Our mission is to offer the same safe, hospital-quality anesthesia to patients within the comfort and privacy of their own dentist’s office.

Apex Anesthesia Services is the first and only AAAHC accredited mobile anesthesia service in the Northwest and one of fewer than ten such practices nationwide. Apex provides pediatric and adult anesthesia throughout the state of Washington. Our priority is to serve you with the highest standard of care in a safe and professional atmosphere. Apex Anesthesia Services is seeking a qualified, professional, and motivated Billing Coordinator who is ready to help change the lives of patients, be a part of a team and grow personally as well as professionally within our family!

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is outgoing, organized, professional, service minded, has impressive communication skills, and is willing to go above and beyond the basic responsibilities of the job. Someone who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and has the ability to work both individually and in a group setting.

As a full time Billing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with team members in the office, work with various insurance and treatment plans, verify eligibility requirements, work closely with our software, assist patients with financial assessments, build productive schedules that benefit the practice and patients, and so much more.

Experience in the dental field is preferred. Proficiency in the Spanish language is also preferred.
