This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on one of our wonder Care Providers, Avril!💜

Avril has such a kind, shy heart and is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Her gentle nature and compassionate care make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. She always treats everyone with kindness and patience, and we are so very fond of her here at Rivers Edge!

When she’s not here caring for residents, Avril enjoys attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, watching beautiful sunsets, dyeing her hair fun colors, and trying new drinks at coffee shops☕️🌅🎶

This week we are shining the spotlight on one of our amazing care providers, Addison!🩵

Addison is the definition of hardworking. She is always willing to pick up extra shifts and help wherever she is needed. Her strong work ethic and positive attitude make her such a bright light here at Rivers Edge, and we are so thankful to have her on our team!

When she’s not at work, Addison enjoys spending time outdoors- fishing, watching sunsets, going to the race track, and doing photography.📸🎣🌅She also enjoys reading her Bible and spending quality time with her son and family.

We are so blessed to have Angie as part of our team! She truly knows the definition of hard work and is always on the move seeing where she can help next.

Her dedication, caring heart, and willingness to jump in wherever needed never goes unnoticed. Our residents and staff absolutely adore her, and we are thankful every day for all that she does!

When Angie isn’t working, she enjoys fishing, spending time with her kids and family, mudding, four-wheeling, riding her Harley, and making memories with friends.🎣🏍️🦌

This week we are shining the spotlight on one of our amazing CNA’s, Jennifer Kiley!

Jennifer works both evenings and nights and is always willing to jump in whenever she is needed. Her flexibility, hard work, and caring attitude make such a difference for both our residents and our team❤️

Our residents truly enjoy Jennifer’s company, and we appreciate the kindness and compassion she brings every shift.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time with family, and being outdoors whenever she can. 🎣🦌🌲

✨Meet the Rivers Edge Team✨ Alicia Parker- Housekeeping Manager

This week we are excited to shine the spotlight on Alicia, our amazing Housekeeping Manager! 🧹✨

Alicia plays such an important role in keeping our facility clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone. Her attention to detail and dedication truly make a difference, and it never goes unnoticed. Residents and staff alike enjoy having her around—she brings positivity wherever she goes!

Outside of work, Alicia stays busy doing the things she loves most. She enjoys spending time with her kids and her grandson, fishing, being out on the lake, camping, and relaxing around bonfires. She also loves vacationing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, and taking care of her plants. You can often find her enjoying date night with her boyfriend Zac every Tuesday at bingo! 🎉

Family is very important to Alicia—she takes great pride in helping her mom and keeping a clean and cozy home. She also loves her cats and cherishes time spent with friends.

Most of all, Alicia truly loves what she does. Her passion for helping residents and creating a clean, safe environment shines through every day.
