Congratulations to Kathy Moretta, Resident Assistant, for receiving the August MVP award!

Kathy was recognized for serving the residents through The Village of St. Edward’s values.

Recognition acknowledged, “Kathy usually works in MC but is willing to change assignments when it is requested of her. She goes above and beyond for the residents and has a great rapport with families and visitors. Kathy does a great job of training new staff. She is very prompt and efficient in completing scheduled and last-minute tasks. She is very compassionate and delivers great care!”

Batter up!⚾

Thanks to a generous donation of tickets from our friends at Living Bread Radio Network, Village residents have been taking in some baseball this month at 717 Credit Union Park!

Wadsworth and Green residents cheered them on as the RubberDucks knocked the Somerset Patriots out of the park on August 4th! Our Nursing Care and Memory Care residents from Fairlawn were there, even through defeat, the very next evening. And right behind home plate! Fairlawn Assisted and Independent Living folks checked out the August 23rd RubberDucks game vs. the Harrisburg Senators where The Ducks came out on top once more, 8-4!

We are so grateful to Living Bread Radio for making it possible for our residents to see The Ducks “Play Ball!”
