We are happy to announce we are collaborating with Running2BWell starting April 1st.
* WHEN: Every Wednesday @ 4:30pm - 5:30pm
* WHERE: 572 W. Market St. Unit 10, Akron Oh, 44303
* WHY: Joining a running group offers numerous physical, social, and mental health benefits, including increased motivation and accountability, improved performance, enhanced safety, and a strong sense of community
*Please wear weather appropiate clothing.
What to expect:
* A short stretching session with a different topic each week, we will enhance on these throughout the time spent with the group.
* 30/40 Minute run
* Short cool down with a discussion on how the topic played a part in your experience

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to attend this year's OACHBA conference. Our team participated in a variety of educational sessions, gaining valuable knowledge, new perspectives, and continuing education credits that will help us better serve our community. Beyond the learning experience, it was wonderful to connect with peers, share ideas, and celebrate the important work being done in recovery support. We had a fantastic time and returned inspired, energized, and eager to put what we learned into practice.
