🛠️ CHC is currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our facilities!

Duties to include:
• Maintains CHC parking lots by removing snow, leaves and other debris, trash pick-up, etc.
• Light maintenance to include, light bulb changes, window cleaning, furniture repair, office and equipment moves, restock supplies.
• Pressure washing CHC buildings and walkways as directed by supervisor.
• Housing – unit clean out and preparing units for MIR (move in ready) including painting and cleaning as needed.
• Assist with maintaining landscaping as needed.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record!
