Our Heritage Crossing residents and staff came together, walking with love, hope, and purpose to support the fight against Alzheimer’s! 💜 Every step we took represents the strength of our community, the power of togetherness, and our commitment to raising awareness for those affected by this disease. We are so proud of our amazing team for showing up, supporting one another, and making a difference—one step at a time! 💜👟

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful day out at NickaJack Farms, filled with fresh air, beautiful scenery, a delicious lunch, and plenty of time to experience farm life! 🐓🐐🌻 From visiting the animals to taking in the sights, it was the perfect opportunity to get out, explore, and make some wonderful memories together.
