Happy birthday sweet baby! Your momma is one determined, full of grit woman trusting that her body and her baby knew what to do and completely surrendering to the process. After much work and little sleep your mother birthed you into the warm water in a soft lit room and lifted you to her chest. The first sun rays kissed the sky, the birds sang an eager welcome and your father was right there beside you looking proudly at his new little family while your grandmother wept tears of joy and gratitude. You are so loved.

Happy birthday little one! Another sweet birth for the month of May! He didn’t waste any time getting here! His momma birthed him with a quiet strength in a low-lit room in a warm birth pool where she reached down and brought him up into her arms. Happy International Day of the Midwife! As someone who is a midwife and has been cared for by midwives 8 times I deeply appreciate midwives and their hearts! They pour love, labor and long hours into the families they serve. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be cared for by midwives and for the families that have chosen me to care for them. ❤️

Welcome little one! God is good! The sweetest ‘butter birth’ today!Strong, confident mother who caught her own baby while her husband held her. A gentle, alert little boy just looking at his parents adoringly. Our team supporting and available watching the miracle of birth. And as a bonus-I got to leave my house during the day and come back while it’s still daylight!
