Anxiety group Saturday 24th! Completely virtual, easy to attend, and with all that's going on in our lives, we need to take time to take care of ourselves and learn about how to manage our anxiety.

Each session will blend practical information and allow you to try a new skill and ideas for applying what you've learned in the real world. We encourage folks to warm up at their own pace and give lots of opportunities for discussion and interaction around what we're learning.
