This week has been filled with dress-up days, sweet treats, fun games, laughter, and plenty of appreciation as we celebrate the incredible Certified Nursing Assistants who make a difference every single day.

From bringing smiles to our residents’ faces to providing compassionate, hands-on care, our CNAs truly make the magic happen. Their dedication, kindness, and hard work are the heart of our facility, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

What a fun-filled and memorable day at Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center! 🎉
We started the morning by learning about the history and significance of Juneteenth, followed by a meaningful discussion about equality, kindness, and inclusion. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect, learn, and share together.
The celebration continued with our Father's Day party, where residents enjoyed delicious pizza, cake, chips and dip, and refreshing Coca-Cola while spending time with family, friends and celebrating the amazing fathers in our community. 🍕🎂🥤
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible staff and volunteers who helped make this special day possible. Your kindness, dedication, and teamwork create moments our residents will cherish! ❤️

🎨🌈 Creativity was in full bloom today at Dyer Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center! Our residents had a wonderful time painting their choice of beautiful wooden crafts, including crosses, rainbows, crowns, donkeys, and birdhouses. Each masterpiece reflected the unique creativity and personality of its artist.
A special thank you to Joy with Gentiva Hospice for generously providing the craft projects and helping make the day so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your kindness and continued support in creating meaningful moments and lasting memories for our residents! 💙🎨✨

What a fun-filled afternoon at Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center! 🏁🚗🧀
Our residents put their driving skills to the test with exciting remote control car races, cheering one another on as they zoomed around the track. The friendly competition brought lots of smiles, laughter, and plenty of excitement!
To make the day even sweeter (and cheesier!), everyone enjoyed a delicious chip bar featuring a warm cheese fountain and a variety of tasty dips to sample while watching the races.
It's days like these that remind us how much joy comes from trying something new, sharing laughs with friends, and making wonderful memories together. ❤️

During our daily garden care, the residents at Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center were thrilled to discover that our Tommy Toe tomatoes are beginning to ripen, and we even spotted a few baby cucumbers growing on the vines! It's so rewarding to watch our garden flourish, and our residents can't wait to enjoy the fruits (and vegetables!) of their hard work. 🍅🥒🌱

Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center warmly invites our families, volunteers, and friends to join us for an evening of fireworks as we celebrate Independence Day and America's 250th Birthday!
📅 July 4th
🕗 Fireworks begin at 8:00 PM
📍 Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
This event is weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather or a local fire ban, the fireworks display will be postponed, and a makeup date will be announced at a later time.
Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and be seated by 7:45 PM.
