Fiber is one of the most underrated tools for PCOS.

PCOS isn’t just about your ovaries or your period. For many women, insulin signaling and metabolic health are a big part of the picture and that’s where fiber matters.

A higher-fiber diet can help:

* Improve blood sugar and insulin response
* Slow glucose spikes after meals
* Support healthy estrogen metabolism and elimination
* Feed beneficial gut bacteria
* Improve fullness and reduce cravings
* Keep bowel movements regular

Aim for around 25–30 grams of fiber per day, preferably from whole foods like vegetables, berries, beans, lentils, chia, flax, nuts, and whole grains.

And increase it gradually, going from 10 grams to 30 overnight is a great way to hate fiber. 😅

Microneedling depth isn’t one-size-fits-all. 👏🏼

Different areas of the face have different skin thicknesses, and depth should also be adjusted based on what we’re treating; fine lines and texture may require a very different approach than deeper acne scarring.

For deeper or tethered acne scars, simply increasing microneedling depth isn’t always enough. Certain scars may benefit from subcision combined with microneedling to release the fibrous bands pulling the scar down.

Anatomy matters too. When working at deeper depths or performing subcision, understanding the location of nerves, vessels and other important structures is essential.

These are general guidelines for educational purposes only, not medical advice or a substitute for proper training, device-specific protocols, or a thorough understanding of facial anatomy.

Deeper doesn’t automatically mean better. The goal is the right depth, in the right tissue, for the right indication.

Look at the difference through the cheeks, around the mouth and especially that lower face and jawline

She doesn’t look overdone, just really good collagen remodeling over time.
