Meet Thomas Qualtere, MD Medical Director, Certified NeuroStar TMS Provider

Dr. Qualtere received his degree from Syracuse University. He completed his psychiatry residency & fellowship at Albany Medical School and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology.

He is a distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is also currently the Medical Director of Albany County Department of Mental Health. Dr. Qualtere has extensive forensic experience, doing evaluations for the Attorney General’s office, working with several of the District Attorney’s offices in New York State, as well as individual consults for private attorneys nation wide.
