In the weeks since losing my Popa, I’ve been thinking a lot about how to honor the life he lived and the values he taught me. ✨
One thing I know for certain is that he believed in helping people. 🤝
To carry his legacy forward, I’ve started Popa’s Project, with the goal of providing free weekly auricular (ear) acupuncture for veterans here in Albany, Georgia. As an Air Force veteran himself, it feels like a meaningful way to honor both his service and his heart. 💙
