Family Medical Center’s Community Connection Project: Making a Difference Together

This month we wanted to do something to give back to our community and the people we serve daily. We chose to donate food and non-perishable items to some of the Blessing Boxes located in Albany. We realized how blessed we are and hope to continue doing this throughout the year.
