"One of the greatest blessings of owning this practice is the opportunity to work alongside such an incredible group of people.

This week, Jack and I had the chance to bring our entire team together for our annual staff meeting at the ballpark. It was a day to connect, celebrate, share ideas, and most importantly, thank the people who make this organization what it is.

Every person in this photo contributes to the care we provide our patients and the experience we create for our community. Their dedication, compassion, professionalism, and teamwork inspire me every day.

I often say that great businesses are built by great people, and I couldn't be more proud of this team. They have earned our appreciation and respect, and days like this are one small way for us to show it.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this week's Lunch & Learn at Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse - Albany. We loved spending time with so many members of our community, sharing information about hearing health, answering great questions, and enjoying some amazing food together.

Some moments remind us why better hearing matters so much.

We are proud to partner with Hope Speaks to help donate 100 hearing aids to people in need, along with an audiometer and laptop donated by one of our incredible Beltone owners, Daniel Fletcher.

One gentleman’s first reaction when his hearing aids were turned on was, “Why are you shouting at me?” It was the first time he had heard normal sound clearly again.

And watching a little girl hear her mom’s voice clearly for the first time was a moment none of us will ever forget. 💙

Hearing care changes lives, and we are grateful to be part of moments like these.
