“How many clients 💆♀️ do you see a day?”
I actually look at how many hands 🙌 on hours I’m working on Tuesday thru Friday. I take into consideration the length of each session, from 30-120 minutes, as well as if that client requires more physically intense bodywork including their emotional/mental/spiritual space to be held during their appointments.
My goal is to keep my time in studio around 5️⃣ hours a day (which equals 20 hours of hands on a week, very different from the Rockefeller 40 hour work week design) while prioritizing some pretty important factors outside the treatment room that make up ⬆️ a full work schedule.
I am avid about continued education, oftentimes exceeding the require 25 hrs/2yrs renewal. I focus on keeping a clean environment both inside the studio as well as out front in my driveway and yard. Laundry of course is always in rotation; marketing on socials and website maintenance 👩🔧 get squared away frequently as well. A big focus 🧘 for me is a slow start into my morning, walking Wayne so he snoozes 💤 with you while you receive bodywork as well as a healthy meal to break my fast. The most important thing I do outside of the massage session is my physical fitness priority. Putting in 2-3 hrs a day at the gym so that my endurance on my feet 👣 for all your sessions is at its peak.
Your time with me in person 🧍 may only appear to be what you schedule 📆 so I thought 💭 I would give you some insight into the behind the scenes.
A big thank you 😊 to all clients who are apart of this system that benefits both myself and them in keeping people active, healthy, and at peace ☮️ in their day to day demands.
