Vibrant Life

Vibrant Life I'm about living a holistic, healthy lifestyle that I LOVE and helping others do the same I take a holistic approach to health and fitness.

I have a masters degree in Health Psychology, am a certified Health Coach and a fitness instructor. I have a huge passion for health and fitness and strive for balance in my life. It is my goal to help other people along their journey find the kind of balance that works for them and helps them achieve their health and fitness goals! My main areas of focus are hormones & adrenal issues & stress man

agement. What I do and cost of health coaching services

I offer health coaching virtually as well as in person! I meet with clients once a month for a recommended 3 months minimum (this is really up to you, your goals, budget, etc.). I will "interview" you to assess your current habits, health issues, goals, struggles, etc. From there I will develop a specific nutrition and exercise plan that will fit your lifestyle and needs. I will give you "homework" that will depend on your needs and goals. As part of this you will check in with me (we will decide upon how/when together) to report how you are doing with your nutrition/exercise plan. This is HUGE as it is accountability! I am here for you and part of my job is to help you tweak your plan along the way if you need it! I also offer challenge programs in which you do a workout program in the convenience of your own home, follow a nutrition program and utilize the benefits of a super nutrient dense, natural meal replacement to help you reach your goals. With this option I include you in a private Facebook group for accountability, encouragement and guidance. We have fun in these groups and reach goals!! More info:
As a health coach I can help you establish healthy habits, teach you about health and nutrition and guide you along your journey. Please know that, although I hold a masters degree in Health Psychology, I am not a counselor. I am also not a nutritionist. If I feel that you are presenting certain issues that require help that are out of my realm of expertise, I will direct you to such a professional. This is only meant to inform you that I will never try to work with you in such a way that I have not been trained for! Please see my website www.thatvibrantlife.com to schedule a free consultation. Remember: location is not an obstacle!! Our sessions can be conducted online via skype or via Facetime...or phone. I look forward to helping you reach your goals and becoming a healthier, happier YOU!! Remember: YOU are entirely up to YOU!!!

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the things that used to work—but the scale won’t budge—you’re not alone.

Perimenopause and menopause can feel incredibly frustrating when it comes to weight loss. The reality is that your body is changing. Hormone shifts can impact insulin sensitivity, increase inflammation, disrupt sleep, elevate stress hormones, and make it easier to store fat (especially around the midsection).

What worked in your 30s may not work in your 40s and 50s.

That’s why calorie restriction, excessive cardio, and skipping meals often backfire during this season of life. Your body needs a different approach—one that supports your hormones, stabilizes blood sugar, prioritizes protein, builds muscle, and works with your changing physiology instead of against it.

The good news? Weight loss is still possible.

You don’t need to starve yourself, spend hours in the gym, or accept that gaining weight is “just part of aging.” You need the right strategy and support.

If you’re tired of feeling confused about your hormones, metabolism, and weight loss, I’d love to help. Inside my membership, you’ll get education, coaching, meal ideas, accountability, and a community of women navigating the exact same challenges.

✨ Join us and learn how to work with your body—not fight against it.

If you’re trying to eat more protein, stop overcomplicating it.

You don’t need fancy recipes, expensive supplements, or hours of meal prep.

My go-to protein staples are:
✔️Eggs + egg whites
✔️Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein)
✔️Cottage cheese
✔️Bone broth Protein powder
✔️Smoked salmon
✔️Tuna packets
✔️Chicken salad made with ✔️Sausage dogs
✔️Turkey roll-ups
✔️Grilled chicken salads
✔️Taco bowls
✔️Chicken thighs or breasts
✔️Steak
✔️Shrimp
✔️Beef sticks
✔️Jerky
✔️Cheese sticks

The key is having protein available and building every meal around it.

For many women in midlife, simply increasing protein can help support muscle, metabolism, blood sugar balance, satiety, and healthy aging.

Start small:
🥚 Add eggs to breakfast
🥤 Have a bone broth protein shake after your workout
🍗 Build lunch around a protein source first

Small changes add up.

What’s your favorite high-protein go-to food? Drop it below ⬇️

People think perimenopause and menopause are just about hot flashes. However, so many women deal with way more symptoms like brain fog, disrupted sleep, anxiety, depression, inflammation, exhaustion, and struggling just to get through the day.

As a hormone health coach, I see these things every day in my clients. I’ve also experienced firsthand how hormonal imbalances can impact energy, focus, motivation, and overall quality of life.

The thing is perimenopause and menopause are not being talked about in the workplace!

Women deserve support, understanding, and the freedom to prioritize their health without stigma or fear of being judged. That’s why I’m supporting Menopause Time Off (MTO) and helping bring awareness to the very real impact hormonal changes can have on working women.

If you believe women should have better workplace support during perimenopause and menopause, sign the Menopause Time Off Declaration through the link in my bio (and check out the grant there as well)! It’s time to start the conversation. 💜

I love the calm and cozy feeling candles bring to my day, but I’ve become so picky about ingredients. So many candles are filled with synthetic fragrances and toxins that can impact hormones, trigger headaches, and add to our body’s toxic load. ☠️

I recently came across and love how intentional she is with her 100% pure beeswax candles and essential oils.

Clean ingredients matter, especially in a world where our hormones are already under enough stress. 🤍✨

Looking for more toxin free options in your life? Head to my bio for a list of all my favs 😍

“Women are not small men.” Dr Stacy Sims 👏🏼

Especially in perimenopause and postmenopause.
What worked in our 20s — endless cardio, under-eating, fasting harder, pushing through exhaustion — can backfire now.

Our hormones change.

Our recovery needs change.
Our muscle needs increase.
Our nervous systems need support, not punishment.

In order to build strength, protect muscle, support metabolism…you need to work out and eat in a way that works WITH your body instead of against it. 💪🏼✨

Strong is the goal now.

Mold toxicity is running rampant and can cause SO many issues with your health! I see it constantly with my clients. It can disrupt hormones too!

8 years ago or so I was told I likely had MS by several practitioners. After giving up on a diagnosis (it can take decades to get diagnosed) I decided to focus on WHY this was happening and have reversed my symptoms 💕 Here’s my story!

5 reasons that sleep might be disrupted for you in perimenopause/post menopause and a few things you can try to help improve this!! 🤍

Histamine issues can become so much more noticeable in perimenopause and post menopause… and many women have no idea why.

As estrogen fluctuates, histamine levels can rise too — leading to symptoms like:
✨ anxiety
✨ headaches
✨ insomnia
✨ itchy skin
✨ flushing
✨ bloating
✨ heart palpitations
✨ sinus issues

This is why supporting the body’s detox pathways matters so much during this season of life.

Your liver helps process excess hormones and histamines, while your gut plays a major role in clearing them out of the body. When digestion is sluggish, the gut is inflamed, or the liver is overloaded, histamine symptoms can feel even worse.

Supporting your body with:
🥦 nutrient-dense foods
💧 hydration + minerals
🚶‍♀️ movement
😴 quality sleep
🦠 gut support
🌿 liver-supportive habits
can make a huge difference in how you feel.

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t just about hormones in isolation — the gut, liver, nervous system, and immune system are all connected. 💛
