✨ Introducing Our New Chromotherapy Room ✨
We're so excited to finally share the newest addition to The Restoration Rooms!

Our Chromotherapy + Halotherapy Cabin is designed for up to 3 people, making it perfect for friends, couples, or family members who want to relax together. And unlike our infrared sauna, there's no heat—making it a wonderful option for those who love the calming atmosphere but prefer to stay cool.

What is Chromotherapy (Color Therapy)?

Chromotherapy uses carefully selected colors to create a calming, immersive environment. Different colors are traditionally associated with supporting relaxation, focus, balance, or a sense of renewal. It's a gentle wellness experience designed to help you slow down, unwind, and simply be present.

What is Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)?

While you relax, pharmaceutical-grade dry salt is dispersed into the room. Many people choose halotherapy as part of their wellness routine to: • Support easier breathing • Promote relaxation • Help cleanse the airways • Support healthy skin • Create a calming, spa-like experience

Together, the combination of soothing colors and dry salt creates a peaceful space to release, relax, and reset.

We also listened to your feedback! Guests from our recent event suggested a little more cushioning, so we've already ordered new, more comfortable seat cushions before opening and we ordered new cushions for the sauna too!

Booking opens on our website this Thursday, and your first opportunity to experience the Chromotherapy Room begins Saturday, August 1!

We can't wait for you to experience this beautiful new space. We think it's quickly going to become a favorite.

If you've been trying to get in to see Tiffany she has a few openings for August! We are so blessed to have her joining tge journey in our space. Just a reminder our bookings are separate from eachother so if you book with Tiffany and think you may want some time doing oxygen, sauna or grounding beforehand or afterwards make sure to book ahead or let her know so we can ensure we have a team member available, just in case. If you haven't had an Integrative Massage yet with Tiffany you are missing out and now's your chance ❤️😍

Why did we open The Restoration Rooms?
After our son, Mikey, died, I didn't know how to breathe anymore. My nervous system stayed in constant fight or flight, and I found myself driving all over for different wellness experiences that helped me slow down and breathe again. I kept wishing they existed in one peaceful, private place.

That wish became The Restoration Rooms.
The very first idea, though, was Mikey's Room. One of the things that helped me process grief was having a healthy outlet for emotions that words couldn't express. That question—"What if more people had a safe place to release what they're carrying?"—became the seed for everything we've built.

Next week, we'll finally open Mikey's Room, our Emotional Release Room, a Virtual Reality Experience that meets you where you're at for releasing that energy, completing the vision that started it all.

Today, we're already open and welcoming guests to experience:
Halotherapy (Dry Salt), Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Chromotherapy, Grounding, Lounge with Oxygen Bar, Compression Boots, Foot Soaks and complimentary tea bar.

Whether you're navigating grief, work stress, caregiving, health challenges, or simply the demands of everyday life, our hope is that you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

Case Closed... Mostly. 🦝

R.A. C**n tracked down the booking glitch... although we suspect he may have had something to do with it in the first place. 😉

If our booking site ever tells you we're booked months out, don't panic! Send us a message—we'll make sure you get booked while we keep our favorite mischievous inspector away from the computer.
