Walk each day in the way of justice and rightness and you will reach the place to which you are going. Integrity begins within; to your own Self be TRUE.

Don't let making a living prevent you from making a LIFE. Guard against words and deeds of deception and against words that are untrue. Destroy the desire to do and speak rottenness, for this only tears down that which was good, leaving only waste and desolation in its place.

Protect what is yours and you will always find it where you placed it. Care for those things of value and be watchful of what you have earns in LIFE. Be diligent and appreciate what you have BUILT, for nothing is harder than rebuilding from scratch that which you wasted or gave away without just cause.

BUILDING A FOUNDATION~

Work hard in life for future generations. There are those, a few, who have the moral constitution to do future work. And they must do it (though they must also develop the mental and martial).

Use the tools that have been bequeathed to you to build our civilization. Know one's place in history, and work accordingly. Do the work regardless of whether or not immediate rewards will come; regardless of whether or not we will break from this madness. The foundation that gets laid puts future generations in a better position to carry on the struggle at a higher level.

FREEING YOUR MIND~

No matter what we call ourselves, what we wear, how much money we make, what groups we join, where we were born and even the language we speak---our self-healing depends on our mind. Mind games are played on us through so many mediums-politics, religion and of course education.

Over time, we adopt a mind where the clouds exist but not the sky; where books exist but not education; where doctors exist but not healing. Some call this a Western mind.

Until we connect with our original mind, our foundational energy will remain blocked. It's our thoughts, the untold story, the exploitation all the way back to Greek civilization that defines our victim mentality. We must liberate our minds.

We must embark on a renaissance to cleanse out the toxicity, the filth and the degradation that is a side-effect of acute exploitation and oppression of the human mind.

We do that by moving on a path of intensive self-healing. Only by recognizing that we possess the power of self-healing, can we reinterpret our experiences from being victims to being enlightened and centered. ~Dr. Robbin Alston
