**This is a secret from Dr. Thornbury!!** To help celebrate Dr. Thornbury's "half-retirement" and all the lives he has helped bring into the world throughout the years, we wanted to create a scrapbook of letters, pictures, etc. from any of his OB patients who want to participate. If you would like to participate, please fill out this attached form. We need your things sent in by Saturday, September 26, 2026, so we are able to get it all put together. Thank you so much!

After much thought and consideration, Dr. Thornbury has made the decision to stop delivering babies. His last deliveries are already scheduled and will be in October 2026.
