CarePlus Family Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead and grow our Occupational Health/Occupational Medicine Program at all of our locations.

We are looking for a motivated healthcare professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys building relationships with local employers and providing high-quality care to the workforce in our community.

Responsibilities may include:
• Leadership and development of our Occupational Health program
• DOT physicals and other employment physicals
• Work-related injury evaluation and treatment
• Drug & alcohol testing programs
• Pre-employment and return-to-work evaluations
• Respirator clearance, PFT/spirometry and related occupational services
• Employer communication and account coordination
• Primary Care and Urgent Care services as needed

Ideal Candidate:
✓ Licensed Nurse Practitioner/CRNP or Physician Assistant
✓ Occupational Medicine experience
✓ DOT Medical Examiner certification
✓ Strong leadership & communication skills
✓ Comfortable developing relationships with employers and industries
✓ Passion for growing an Occupational Health program
